Mini Heart Pizzas

Pizza night with a twist! These heart shaped pizzas can be the perfect date night activity instead of going to a restaurant. Why buy pizza when you can have the fun of making your own!

Ingredients:

-Pizza Dough

-Sauce

-Shredded mozzarella

-Pepperoni

-Flour, for dusting

-Heart shaped cookie cutter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Use 1-inch heart shaped cookie cutter to cut out pepperoni
  3. Sprinkle cutting board or table space with flour. Cut out pizza dough with 4-inch heart shaped cookie cutter on this floured surface.
  4. Place large spoonful of sauce on dough in center. Use spoon to spread towards edges, leaving some space for a crust, and top with cheese and pepperonis.
  5. Bake in oven 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and beings to brown.

What better way to show someone you care than to serve these heart shaped pancakes. This delicious recipe will ensure your loved one’s day starts off with a smile, and some golden fluffy pancakes!

Ingredients:

-2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour

-1 cup of chocolate chips (I like semi sweet)

-1 tablespoon Baking powder

-1/2 teaspoon of salt

-1 ¾ cups of milk (I use 2% but any kind works)

-2 large eggs

-1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup of packed brown sugar

-Heart shaped cookie cutter

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Combine milk, eggs, oil, and brown sugar in spate bowl; add to flour mixture. Stir just until mixed, can be lumpy!
  2. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and brush lightly with butter or oil. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto hot griddle into cookie cutter. Cook until bubbles begin to burst, remove cookie cutter, and flip. Repeat with remaining batter until complete.
  3. Serve with your choice of powered sugar or syrup.

This chocolate treat is a fun alternative to gifting a traditional box of candy. These homemade brownies are the perfect way to give something baked with love, an always appreciated gesture.

Ingredients:

-1 box of brownie mix

-Eggs and oil according to box

-Heart Shaped Cookie Cutter

Directions:

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to recipe on the box.
  2. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan, and bake accordingly.
  3. Allow to cool completely; use cookie cutter to cut out brownie pieces (usually about 14).
