Rotisserie Chicken Salad Sliders

Try these rotisserie chicken salad sliders for a healthy take on a lunchtime favorite. Not only is it healthy,but its so easy! No cooking needed just a quick mix in a large bowl.. then instant tastebud happiness!

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

– 2 cups of apple diced

– ¼ cup dried cranberries

– ½ cup grapes, halved

– ½ teaspoon garlic powder

– ½ cup red onion

– 1 teaspoon lemon juice

– Salt and pepper to taste

– ¼ cup almond slices

– ½ cup Greek yogurt

– Small rolls

 

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except the rolls
  2. Serve chicken mixture on small roll and serve!
